Meals on Wheels of Odessa (MOWO) provides a noon-time meal each weekday to clients who have completed our intake and qualified for our services.

Clients served
In 1977, Meals on Wheels of Odessa began its mission to eliminate hunger and prevent premature nursing home placement by providing a hot meal each weekday to low-income, frail, and handicapped individuals.
Loaves of Bread Delivered FY23
All our meals are prepared fresh daily by Odessa Regional Medical Center. Our menus are prepared by a registered dietitian and formulated to meet the 1/3rd recommended daily nutritional values as set by the US Food & Drug Administration.
